While the main component of our company is commercial real estate, we are well versed in all aspects of real estate.  Our apartment side (NMI Apartment Brokerage) sold in excess of fifty million dollars of apartments a year from 2000 to 2004.  Our lending side (NMI Commercial Capital) provides financing for many apartment projects in Kansas City.

As for our fee, that includes leasing, rent collection and bill paying along with other services mentioned to the left.  We subcontract any repair items.  A dollar amount will be agreed upon and set in which any repair of your property over this amount will have to be approved by you.  Northland Management and Investment, Inc. has property managers and leasing agents available to you when needed.
